Portfolio
Strategic Planning and Needs Assessments
Expertise in developing and implementing robust community-led strategic plans and needs assessments through extensive stakeholder engagement, data analyses and evidence syntheses.
A particular highlight of our work is the 2024-2032 Kahnawà:ke Community Wellness Plan (CWP), which presents a wholistic and strengths-based framework to guide community health, wellness, and wellbeing strategies. The CWP wellness framework represents a paradigm shift in the strategic approach to community health and wellness, focusing on the Social Determinants of Indigenous Health (SDIH), upstream prevention and early intervention. Aligned with key Indigenous health and wellness conceptual models, the CWP framework integrates Onkwehón:we concepts, wisdom and knowledge, and is grounded in traditional Haudenosaunee values. This framework provides a common vision and pathway to enable wholistic community-led wellness strategies and initiatives.
